Wrestling is an extremely popular sport. It has it's beginnings in China approximately around 2000 B.C. and became popular as Greek Wrestling and Roman Wrestling in Europe also. The Merriam-Webster online dictionary defines wrestling as "a sport or competition in which two disarmed people battle hand-to-hand with each one trying to keep down or unbalance the other." Wrestling is a division of the martial arts and integrates physical techniques like clenching, holding, locking, leveraging and takedown.
